  Both the staff and clients here are really welcoming and friendly. Very supportive environment, and great trainers. I wish there were more classes scheduled at other times, but I get it-- it's a small shop, and there are lots of benefits to that.

  Upper Deck Fitness is the best! I have a rotating schedule, so I love that I can drop in for whatever classes work for me each week. Every class I have been to has been fun and engaging, and everyone who works there is very friendly and great at motivating and teaching. I've been going since September and I feel great. Check them out!
