I have been going to Twin Boro for a little over a month now after hurting my back at the gym. All of the therapists and staff are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. My primary therapist, James, is very receptive and has been modifying and progressing my program at a steady pace. I have noticed a lot of improvements since starting therapy; I would highly recommend this facility!
As a veteran, I spent a lot of my time in physical therapy during my latter years in the military. Once it was time for me to retire, I was very concerned about finding the right physical therapy facility that would be able to continue my therapy. Before starting my search for a physical therapy facility, I made a short list of must-haves.
The facility had to:
-Look clean, inviting and organized
-The staff had to be friendly, professional and welcoming
-The therapist had to be caring, good listeners and professional
I took the time to visit four other physical therapy facilities before visiting Twin Boro. When I walked into Twin Boro, Ruth greeted me with a warm smile and welcome at the front desk. I was given the opportunity to look around the facility observing the therapist and their aids interacting with their clients from a distance. I found them to be very friendly and professional. Since my time at Twin Boro, I’ve had the pleasure to experience a few physical therapists, Marianne and Eileen both extremely knowledgeable, professional and give great patient care. Currently my therapist James, has been nothing but phenomenal. He spends time focusing on my issues and he’s totally on point when working those problem areas, showing that he truly listens to his patients and address their needs. James makes you feel comfortable. He explains what he’s doing and why, providing knowledge to his patients.
Front Office support staff is amazing. They ensure the patient’s rehab appointments are without interruptions due to missed appointments with appointment and prescription reminders if needed.

I have done more than one round of physical therapy for my shoulder and humerus at Twin Boro in North Brunswick because each time my strength and range of motion improve and my pain diminishes without medication. James, my therapist, is very knowledgeable and keeps up to date with continuing education. He's observant, caring, and a good communicator. He is on top of everything at a very well run facility. The assistants are right there when any help is needed. The facility is clean and the atmosphere is friendly and upbeat. I always leave my session in good spirits. A new feature for me is the online individualized home exercise program. I can do a mini workout in between appointments.
Highly recommended for PT. All the staff are pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. My therapist Kristin is excellent. She quickly assessed my therapy needs after surgery and was able to help me feel better right away. If you require PT, Twin Boro will definitely be able to help you.
This office is extremely well organized and ran efficiently every time I was there. The facility is very clean. I can't say enough about the staff. Everyone there is pleasant, smiling, and calls you by name. My therapist, James, was excellent and able to help me resolve my issue relatively with ease. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Twin Boro. I strongly recommend them.
