  Have used this urgent care site for the past several years. My PCP is great, but his office is only open M-F till 5pm so I have to use CityMd for everything after hours or weekends. I have never had more than a 5 minute wait and the medical staff have been great.

  Visited CityMD Syosset last Sunday...Encountered a very friendly front desk staff--helpful, efficient, pleasant. I was escorted to an exam room for vitals and mere minutes later Dr Sulaiman was examining me. She was highly professional, personable, thorough, attentive while listening to my chief complaint with a great chairside manner. She diagnosed me quickly, several Rx were sent electronically to pharmacy, check out was a breeze and I was on my way back to health!! I shouldn't have waited so long to visit CityMD. Thanks for everything Dr Sulaiman and staff!!

  Professional and friendly staff. Have been there twice. Each time, I was seen quickly. Very good communication from the doctor. I recommend.

  I have been to CityMD several times for both of my kids whenever I can't get into the pediatrician's office. They are prompt to see you, take the time to explain and follow up with a phone call the next day which my pediatrician's office does not do. For those complaining about the cost, it is not up to them - charges are based on your health insurance and if you don't have insurance, find out the charges prior to your visit or receiving care so you can make an educated decision whether to go or not.
