  ESSA is by far the best workout facility on the Jersey Shore. If your son/daughter wants to improve their speed, strength, and conditioning this is the place for you. Training at ESSA for about 10 months now, I can say with conviction that you are not going to find anyone better than Val Barnaby as a personal trainer. Val is a great teacher and mentor and I have not met anyone else that has such a phenomenal relationship with every person that walks into his gym. I am hard pressed to think of another trainer who gets the most out of his athletes regardless of their skill level. Val will unlock your potential and push you to limits that you did not think were possible. ESSA works with athletes in all sports and age groups with children training as young as 5 years old to collegiate athletes. There are also fantastic programs for adults. It is a fun and up-tempo environment for anyone who is willing to work hard and strives to be great.
