  I have had many storage units in my life and out of all the facilities - this one in particular was BY FAR the best experience. Mike was so pleasant to work with - very helpful and informative. I came in close to closing time and Mike stayed open late to ensure all the details around my unit were secured. It was really lovely to have someone so accommodating. After setting up my unit, Mike opened up the gate to let me in to the storage entrance to make it easier on me even though I had already kept him late. Before getting in the car, I realized I had left my keys (in the perfectly decorated) bathroom and needed to be let in. I felt so bad for the inconvenience, but Mike wasn't at all upset. Again such a helpful man. The storage store has multiple dolly trucks to help loading your things to the unit so quick. It is well lit, but eco friendly time sensors on the lights, spacious and easy to navigate. Very highly advise anyone in the area to get a unit here if needed, but only if Mike is working. Thanks so much guys!

  Mike W. provided exceptional customer service. Mike helped me with packing ideas suitable for my budget; no sales pressure at all! Based on Mike's recommendations I purchased what I needed for my moving needs. Mike was patient, courteous, and friendly. He was delighted to help me and carried my purchases to my car and loaded in my SUV. I actually made three trips to the Morris Plains location in the course of two months. Exceptional customer service is what I experience every time. Thanks Mike for all your help and making my Public Storage visits pleasurable!
